Real Estate eSchool was created by Real Estate Agents for Real Estate Agents.
After obtaining her license in 2004, Felicia Gentry figured there had to be a better way for prospective and seasoned Real Estate professionals to get their continuing education and professional development training. She was so frustrated with the disorganization, time, and money of the old school model that she decided to take matters into her own hands by seeking out the best online real estate school with the best technology, customer service, and affordability. From there she ventured into other professional development after being burned by not 1, not 2, but 3 different real estate coaching programs that taught nothing but rehashed old school tactics or gimmicks.
As an on the go busy professional who has time to sit for 4-8 hours or up to 30 hrs in a weekend? After all your time is valuable. Any time you are not with family, friends, or customers your time is being sucked from you.
All the lessons for each course are completed online. You may access the online real estate courses immediately and begin working as soon as you complete the registration process.
Each hour of approved credit will take approximately one hour of computer time to complete. Each online real estate course is divided into lessons that vary between 10-40 minutes in length. The course you select follows a specific curriculum in a series of videos. From time to time you will be asked a few questions or have a review of the module. Additionally, you may be tested on the content you just completed. The system will go back to the questions you missed or had problems with and review them in random order.
You can stop a lesson at any time and a bookmark will save your place, so you don’t have to worry about losing your place or repeating work that you already completed.
End of Course Final Exam
In most states, you may take the final exam as soon as you finish all course work. Each state requires a minimum passing score. For example, Texas requires a minimum score of 70% to pass the end-of-course examination.
